In venues with numbered seating, the seating arrangement is divided into two sections: an even-numbered side and an odd-numbered side. Even-numbered seats are located on the right when facing the stage, while odd-numbered seats are on the left. The seats follow a sequential order within each row and meet in the centre at seats 1 and 2. Therefore, if your ticket numbers increase by two (e.g., 2 and 4), your seats are indeed next to each other.

By default, for concerts with numbered seating, the system will automatically offer adjacent seats. An alert message will notify you if this is not the case.

Please note that the Caux Palace auditorium is an exception: seating is numbered differently there. We invite you to consult the seating plan available on the Caux Palace page.

For concerts with free seating, doors open between 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of the concert, depending on the artists’ rehearsals.
